Returns and Exchanges

For returns or exchanges, please send an email to leatherandlace@zoho.com with the following information
the order reference number
the item you wish to return
the reason for the return

Purchased items may be returned at YOUR OWN cost within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of that item, or to exchange it for a different size or different style of equivalent value based on stock availability.
Within 10 days of us receiving the returned items, either:
Leather and Lace will refund the amount via EFT to your bank account

Leather and Lace will send your exchanged item
B. Please return all items in its original condition, unworn/unused, in their original packaging with all tags still attached. (If the goods were delivered to you without tags you must advise us by email to this effect within 24 hours of receipt.)
C. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely. We recommend you insuring your return package. Please package your return carefully to prevent any damage and to ensure the goods are in their original condition when received by us.
D. We will exchange an item, subject to availability, but you will have to bear the cost of the delivery of the substituted item to you.
E. If an item you receive is considered by you to be damaged or faulty, please email us at leatherandlace@zoho.com and we will take up the matter and possibly refund you or replace the item at our cost, subject to availability. If possible please send pictures of the damaged goods.
9. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
